Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it as per our return policy.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • To cancel, contact us at support@kiarajewels.store or call our customer service
  • If payment was already processed, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
  • Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging intact
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product back to our return address
  6. Once received and verified, we will process your refund

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
